Q1.Are you a factory or trading company?
-A: We are a OEM&ODM factory.
Q2.How about the MOQ?
A: 10 pieces for samples order. 1000-20000 pieces for OEM order accordingly.
Q3: How long is the warranty time for your products?
-A: We offer 6 months warranty for atomizer and mod.
Q4: I haven't done business with you guys before,how can I trust your company?
-A: The high quality, competitive price, and professional service.And we've got quite a lot authority certificates,for example,CE,RoHS, FCC, ISO9001,etc.I hope those above will be persuasive enough.
Q5: What's the shipment terms and delivery time of your company?
-A: Well,the depends on the quantity of your order.As you know ,we need time to manufacture the machines.But mostly, the shipment time is 3-8 working days after delivery.For delivery way,for Sample&Bulk order<100KG,we will kindly suggest Express and Air freight, when Air freight and Sea shipping for Bulk order>100KG,as for detailed cost, it depends on your final order.
Q6: What payment methods your company accept?
-A: We accept most of payment methods,but mainly accept T/T,Bank Transfer, Western Union and Paypal.
Q7: Can we get free sample with free shipping?
A: Normally we won't offer free samples, but we can apply free samples deducted from the bulk order.
Q8: Can I have my logo on the vape devices?
A: Of course, we can do OEM/ODM service for you.
How To order
1.Send inquiry by email or whatsApp directly,Tell us the model, quantity and other information you need, then get latest quotation.
2.We will make a PI ( Proforma Invoice ) for you.
3.Pay the money or deposit to us after you confirm the PI.
4.Goods will be delivered after we received your balance.
5.Shipment will be made within 3-6 days.

Packing & MOQ:
Each one with single package box.
Each small box contains 10 packs.
Minimum Order quantity is 10 packs.
Shipping & delivery:
1. Shipment methods: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, Air express, etc.
2. Delivery time for sample is about 2- 3 days after payment confirmed, for bluk order it will be 7-15 days after payment.
3. It will take 5~9 days for shipping (depending on the destination country).
Please note that some remote place will take around 1-3 days more on delivery.

Arrange payment; We will arrange the goods asap after payment received.
After-Sales Service:
1. The cutie vape pen e-cigarette has 6 months warranty after shipment except for human factors.
2. All the products are strictly checked before packing, ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3. In case any defective occurred during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defective is over 1%,all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and the seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
Payment:
We accept PayPal, Deposit, Western Union and Bank Transfer.
100% payment for little value bill; 50% deposit and 50% before shipping for big value bill.
